Returns & Refund
At HORIHUP, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
🔄 Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
- The item must be in the same condition you received it.
To initiate a return, please email us at support@horihup.com with:
- Your order number.
- The reason for your return.
- A photo of the item (if damaged or defective).
Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first.
💸 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Refunds are only issued for:
- Items returned in acceptable condition.
- Orders that did not arrive.
- Damaged or defective items (with proof).
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
Items marked as Final Sale.
Personalized or custom items.
Gift cards.
📦 Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless:
- The item arrived damaged.
- The item is defective.
- We sent the wrong item.
❓ Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
1. Double-check your bank account
2. Contact your credit card company or bank (it may take some time before a refund is posted)
3. If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received it, email us at support@horihup.com
